Job description

One (1) ERP functional analyst is needed to support implementation tasks and project deliverables. Technical knowledge and understanding of legacy ERP master data, sales & distribution, and supply chain processes are preferred.

The ERP functional analyst will:

1. Work with the GTS analyst to complete interface mapping documents for:

• Products
• Transactional Data (outbound and inbound)

Support the Collins DT GTS and ERP teams through different project stages.

Produce design blueprints and technical specifications aligned with project architects.

Write and deliver functional specifications.

Complete quality review processes with technical development resources.

Support conversion and testing cycles, including writing new functional test scripts, executing them, and supporting UAT scripting and testing.

Troubleshoot and perform basic debugging for application or configuration issues.

Document technical solutions designed during the project.

Create training materials and deliver training to over 20 users in partnership with Global Trade.

Provide go-live support during stabilization.

The person in this role will review, analyze, plan, develop, test, document, and implement processes for this project, ensuring coordination across functional teams and business partners.
