Job summary

State of North Carolina - DIT EBS is seeking an Applications Systems Analyst II (NS) to lead SAP ERP projects within the DOT ERP environment. The role reports to an IT manager and guides team members on the EBS Development Team.

The position is designated Statutory Exempt (EHRA) and may offer hybrid remote work with weekly onsite requirements under policy. Bachelor's or related degree with experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or an IT related field and two years of experience in business application consulting or development.
• Associate degree in computer science or an IT related field and three years of experience in application consulting or development.
• High School or GED with six years of experience in business application consulting or development.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform a full range of advanced analytical and technical activities using the SAP ERP system.
• Perform complex analysis, design, programming, testing and support on SAP-related modules and processes.
• Write highly complex requirement documents, design documents, technical specifications, and test scripts.
• Manage change requests from initiation through completion and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
