Job summary

Border States Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP developer to support the SAP applications portfolio in Fargo, ND or remote.

The role focuses on development, maintenance, testing, and enhancements across SAP environments to support integrated business processes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, adhere to SDLC standards, and drive technical solutions using ABAP, CDS views, Odata services, and SAP Cloud Platform tooling.

Qualifications

4 Year STEM Degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5+ years of SAP development work experience.
Advanced ABAP knowledge.
Experience designing and maintaining CDS views and Odata services.
Experience with SAP Fiori and SAPUI5.
Experience with SOAP and REST based services.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with ERP Center of Excellence to enable business processes through technology.
Adhere to SDLC guidelines and change management procedures.
Perform impact, feasibility, and design analyses for business requests.
Create technical documentation for program development and testing.
Develop and test SAP integrated solutions using SAP PI/PO/Cloud Platform Integration.
Lead large project implementations with contractors and vendors.
Stay current with SAP technologies and best practices.
