Job summary

Uniting Holding is seeking an SAP EDI Specialist to support SAP S/4 HANA ERP with extensive knowledge of EDI and SAP environments. You will set up and maintain EDI trading partners, monitor SAP IDOCs, and collaborate with the ERP team on onboarding and ongoing support.

The role requires 2+ years of SAP EDI experience, strong X12 skills, and proficiency in MS Office. You will work in the USA, with a focus on efficient, accurate trading partner mappings and documentation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2+ years in SAP EDI.
Strong hands-on EDI and X12 experience mandatory.
Experience with SAP is mandatory.
Proficient with MS Office and email systems.
Ability to meet multiple project deadlines with minimal guidance.
Root cause analysis and corrective action skills are essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

Set up and maintain EDI trading partners in SAP S/4 HANA per customer requests.
Monitor and analyze SAP IDOCs.
Review SAP segments for different EDI maps and map IDOCs/X12 with partners as per specifications.
Design and develop problem resolution procedures for the EDI system.
Design and develop trading partner barcode shipping labels per specifications.
Document instructions for all EDI trading partner documents.
Support ERP team for implementation and onboarding of new EDI partners on SAP S/4 HANA.
Perform other duties as required and communicate with other departments.
Maintain regular attendance.
