Job summary
Chesapeake Utilities Corporation seeks a seasoned SAP EAM Technical Lead to architect, develop, and implement SAP EAM/PM/CS solutions. You will oversee technical teams, govern asset lifecycles, and integrate EAM with GIS, IS-U, FI/CO, and other SAP modules to optimize asset management and operations.
The role requires 7+ years in SAP EAM/PM/CS with 2 full lifecycle deployments, strong technical and functional expertise, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in SAP EAM/PM/CS with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations.
- SAP EAM certification preferred; PMP/Agile Coach benefits a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP EAM solutions, aligning with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Develop and oversee roadmaps and architectures for SAP EAM, collaborating with functional leads.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior team members to grow technical capability.
- Resolve complex production issues and analyze release notes for client engagements.
- Oversee project planning, budgeting, and execution for EAM implementations and enhancements.
- Lead solution design and workshops, translating tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Integrate SAP EAM with GIS for asset data and with IS-U for utilities processes.
- Ensure integration of EAM with SAP modules like SCM, MM, FI/CO.
