Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking an SAP EAM Technical Lead to own the technical architecture, development, and implementation of SAP EAM solutions. You will supervise technical teams, manage asset lifecycles, and ensure data governance and integration across SAP modules, IS-U, and GIS.

The role requires 7+ years in SAP EAM/PM/CS with at least two full lifecycle implementations, SAP EAM certification preferred, and strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP EAM/PM/CS with 2+ full lifecycle implementations.
• SAP EAM certification preferred; PMP/Scrum Master a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP EAM solutions aligned with business and technical goals.
• Develop technical roadmaps and architectures for SAP EAM initiatives.
• Mentor and train junior team members; oversee production support and release analyses.
• Ensure integration of EAM with SAP IS-U, SCM, MM, FI/CO and GIS interfaces.
• Lead workshops, project planning, budgeting, and execution of EAM implementations and enhancements.
• Integrate EAM with LAM for managing linear assets (power lines, pipelines).
• Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements and ensure data governance across assets.
