Job summary

Precision Drilling Corporation seeks an SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) / Plant Maintenance (PM) analyst to support SAP operations across modules, drive improvements, and manage monthly releases. The role focuses on ongoing enhancements, expansion initiatives, and production support within a fast-paced environment.

The candidate will work directly with business process owners, IT and users to ensure effective SAP solutions, strong integrations, and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent work experience; and 5+ years as an SAP Functional Analyst.
• Strong SAP knowledge with configuration in SAP PM and/or SD; deep understanding of core module integration.
• 3+ full lifecycle SAP implementations, preferably S/4HANA; solid business process design and delivery focus.
• Excellent technical, communication, and collaboration skills; able to explain solutions clearly to users; provide timely updates.
• Adaptable, customer-focused team player with a passion for improving Operations processes and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Acts as subject matter expert for SAP Plant Maintenance and supports related SAP modules.
• Understand integration points to EAM, FI, CO, PM, and ABAP/FCI areas.
• Performs application configuration and maintenance by meeting with users to define requirements.
• Designs, configures, upgrades, and tests SAP solutions.
• Prepares functional specifications and documents translating business requirements into design.
• Assists in communications, training, and job aids for change management.
