Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP EAM/PM Functional Consultant to lead design, configuration, and implementation of SAP maintenance and asset management in the S/4HANA environment. The role focuses on preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance with end-to-end delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with business stakeholders, maintenance planners and technical teams to transform maintenance operations, perform fit-gap analyses, and support go-live

Qualifications

• Hands on experience on SAP Plant Maintenance Module
• Strong Hands-on experience in Notification Management, Preventive Maintenance, Maintenance Order Management
• Experience with integration points with MM, FICO, PP & QM & Third Party Software Integrations
• Exposure to ASAP & Activate Methodology phases and deliverables
• Understanding of SAP Fiori apps and ABAP debugging skills

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design, configuration, implementation, support and enhancements for SAP maintenance and asset management
• Collaborate with business users during workshops, testing, training and go-live
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development teams
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT and production validation
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer
• Provide post-go-live hypercare and SLA-based support
• Create and update maintenance master data
• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices
• Develop test scripts, user manuals and configuration guides
• Handle SAP configuration changes and integration testing

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) / SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Functional Consultant to lead solution design, configuration, implementation, support, and enhancement activities across SAP maintenance and asset management processes.

The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, operations teams, maintenance planners, and technical teams to transform maintenance operations using SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance processes, along with end-to-end implementation experience.

• Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend industry best practices.
• Collaborate with business users during workshops, testing, training, and go-live support activities.
• Support incident resolution, root cause analysis, and enhancement requests.
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP development teams.
• Conduct unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production validation.
• Deliver user training sessions and knowledge transfer programs.
• Support hypercare and post-go-live stabilization activities.
• Provide Support as per defined SLAs
• Business Process Validation and support
• Create and Update maintenance Master Data
• Analysis , Solution Design for Incident/ Enhancement
• Should have created Test scripts, User Manuals and Configuration guides

Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000 a year
