EY is seeking a Manager in Technology Analysis to guide SAP Asset Management and related SAP implementations. You’ll collaborate with business stakeholders, translate requirements into technical specs, and design architecture solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem-solving, and delivering value across procurement, finance, production, and supply chain workstreams. You will engage with clients, manage complex initiatives, and help ensure successful delivery while growing your expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4–6 years’ experience with SAP Asset Management/PM/EAM.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Strong understanding of Asset Management principles and practices.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members.
• Knowledge of leading practices and advisory experience relevant to finance and technology functions.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsabilités

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions.
• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Lead client working sessions from planning through execution and closure.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and strong business acumen.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk and inform stakeholders.
• Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels.
• Facilitate requirement gathering and lead design workshops; document functional specs; assist testing and go-live support.
• Stay current with SAP Asset Management (PM) functionality releases.
• Collaborate across workstreams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions.
