Job summary

Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a Shipping Specialist to perform warehouse operations, including forklift use, loading/unloading, and inventory management. The role requires adherence to safety rules, daily forklift inspections, and accurate SAP data entry for inventory control.

You will handle materials, support production and shipping, and ensure proper documentation and records. A forklift certification and High School diploma or GED are required, with experience in SAP and MS Excel helpful.

Qualifications

Forklift certification required.
Experience with SAP, shipping & receiving.
General computer skills (Word, Excel) and SAP.
Excellent safety record.

Responsibilities

Operate a forklift, push/pull, hand-truck or wagon to load, unload, move, stack, stage and count product and materials.
Be able to lift, push and/or pull material up to 50 lbs.
Adhere to all safety rules and regulations.
Perform daily inspections on forklift and log the information.
Unload materials/packages safely to staging location and transport to destination.
Pull materials for production, warehouse, and shipping ensuring labels match and timely transport.
Input transaction data into SAP to maintain inventory balance.
Receive MRO spare parts using SAP and stock in designated location.
Document and keep records of transactions to guarantee inventory control and conduct cycle counts.
