Job summary

Synthomer plc is a leading supplier of high-performance polymers and ingredients, seeking a Production & Supply Planner to join our team. You will create and manage a weekly SAP production schedule to ensure on-time delivery, optimize inventory levels, and maximize equipment utilization across our sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years in supply chain, planning or materials management.
• Experience in production planning or scheduling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with SAP and SAP 4/HANA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage weekly/daily SAP production schedule aligned with master plan.
• Communicate plan to stakeholders and drive schedule attainment.
• Collaborate across sites to fulfill interplant requirements.
• Analyze metrics: on-time, inventory, cycle stock, and drive improvements.
• Support inventory accuracy and cycle counting.
