The role partners with the Processing Manager and Supervisors, with responsibilities spanning receipts, inventory accuracy, process order audits, and shipment documentation, while complying with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year beverage alcohol import/export logistics or Associate's degree with 3 years experience.
• Strong operating knowledge of SAP and inventory controls.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage receipts of incoming bulk spirits, flavors, and processing materials; SAP entry and documentation.
• Maintain accurate inventory of all bulk liquids, flavors and dry ingredients used in production.
• Review and audit daily Process Orders to ensure SAP inventory accuracy for processing tanks.
• Track whiskey and liquid movements from receipt through processing for full traceability.
• Assist with production planning and quarterly inventory counts; ensure regulatory compliance.
