Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/BA/Accounting or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in finance or IT with SAP familiarity.
• Exposure to General Ledger, Accounts Payable, or Cost Center Accounting.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of ITIL Incident and Request Management.
• Familiarity with Coupa, OneSource, Concur or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve high-priority functional incidents in SAP FICO and integrated systems.
• Manage standard service requests and assist with minor configuration changes.
• Ensure stability of financial closing processes and regression testing during upgrades.
• Support global Finance Super Users and advocate standardized best practices.
• Partner with Delivery during hypercare to transfer functionality to long-term support.
