Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Manager in Technology Analysis to drive SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud projects within the Core Supply Chain capability. You will lead workstreams, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and collaborate with client teams to deliver architecture solutions.

You will travel 40-60% and manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore staff, applying SAP DMC, S/4HANA, and production planning expertise to achieve measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year).
• Typically 4–6 years of relevant SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP/S/4HANA, Production Planning in DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams and delivering projects on deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through execution and closure.
• Lead workshops in manufacturing, recommending S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team for timely delivery.
• Demonstrate strong SAP DMC expertise and business acumen.
• Oversee SAP projects or workstreams with quality delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders on progress.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
