Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; typically 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years in SAP ERP/S/4 HANA Production Planning focusing on DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver projects on time.
• Strong written/verbal communication and client service skills.
• Experience with SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing environments.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within the SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud framework.
• Manage project status, risks, and milestones across delivery teams.
• Engage with clients in sessions, planning, execution, and closure.
• Design workshops, gather requirements, and recommend SAP best practices.
• Oversee hybrid teams of offshore and onshore members to meet schedules.
• Provide exceptional client service and maintain stakeholder communications.
• Cultivate relationships with client personnel at all levels.
