Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP/S/4HANA in Production Planning (PP) focusing on DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver projects on time.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams within the DMC framework and ensure project delivery.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team and adherence to schedules.
• Lead client sessions, plan, execute and close workstreams.
• Design workshops and recommend S/4 HANA best practices for clients.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage risks.
