Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP/S/4 HANA in Production Planning (PP) within DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver project outcomes under deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and manage DMC framework implementations.
• Track deliverables and project status with performance objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning, execution and closure of workstreams.
• Design workshops in manufacturing space; recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Demonstrate strong SAP DMC expertise with business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects/workstreams.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage risks.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
