Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• 4-6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years with SAP ERP/S/4 HANA in Production Planning (DMC).
• Proven leadership delivering projects on deadlines.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams and teams.
• Strong written, verbal communication, and client service skills.
• Knowledge of best practices in production, quality management, and tech functions.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design workshops; recommend S/4 HANA best practices for SAP environments.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Demonstrate SAP DMC expertise with strong business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects/workstreams.
• Maintain clear stakeholder communication on progress and risks.
• Build and sustain client relationships at all levels.
