Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will drive complex SAP initiatives, collaborate with clients and internal teams, translate requirements into technical specifications, and deliver scalable system architecture solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant SAP manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA, esp. Production Planning in DMC.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver project outcomes.
• Experience managing SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions, planning through closure.
• Design workshops for SAP S/4HANA tailored solutions.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams for timely delivery.
• Demonstrate strong SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud expertise.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.
• Provide client service with clear progress and risk communication.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
