Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years SAP manufacturing experience.
• 3+ years SAP ERP/S/4HANA PP with DMC focus.
• Proven track record leading teams and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams and manage processes within the DMC framework.
• Track milestones and project status aligned to objectives.
• Lead client sessions, plan through execution and closure.
• Design workshops, gather requirements, propose S/4 HANA best practices.
• Oversee hybrid onshore/offshore teams and ensure timely delivery.
