Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive improved outcomes using SAP technology.

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will lead workstreams, design workshops, and guide offshore and onshore teams toward on-time delivery. Travel 40-60% is expected in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years in SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, PP focus.
• Proven track record leading teams to deliver on deadlines.
• Experience guiding SAP projects/workstreams in manufacturing.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstreams delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions, plan through execution and closure.
• Design workshops and recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress clearly.
