Job summary

EY is seeking an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design system architectures.

You will lead workshops, manage a hybrid onshore/offshore team, and drive high-quality SAP DMC projects while traveling 40-60% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant SAP manufacturing experience.
• At least 3 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the Production Planning space in DMC.
• Proven track record of leading teams to deliver project outcomes under deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in manufacturing.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel; travel estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverables and project status against objectives.
• Lead client sessions, guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
• Design workshops in manufacturing and recommend S/4 HANA best practices.
• Manage a hybrid offshore/onshore team and ensure on-time delivery.
• Demonstrate SAP DMC expertise with strong business acumen.
• Oversee SAP projects and workstreams with high-quality delivery.
• Maintain client relationships and communicate progress and results.
• Cultivate relationships with key client personnel at all levels.
