Job summary

EY in the United States seeks an innovative SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud Manager to lead technical consulting initiatives within Core Supply Chain. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions, primarily around DMC and S/4HANA production planning.

You will guide workshops, manage mixed onshore/offshore teams, and drive delivery milestones while leveraging your SAP manufacturing expertise to deliver tangible business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree)
• Typically 4–6 years in SAP manufacturing
• Minimum 3 years in SAP ERP / S/4HANA, PP space in DMC
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service
• Willingness to travel 40–60%
• Consulting experience focused on leading project teams
• SAP Certifications in Manufacturing, QM, or related modules
• Experience with DMC, QM, EHS, Intercompany, PP/DS or MRP Live
• Experience with POD, Labor Board and analytics within DMC

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery within the DMC framework
• Track deliverables and project status vs objectives
• Lead client workshops from planning to closure
• Design workshops and recommend S/4HANA best practices
• Manage hybrid offshore/onshore teams for timely delivery
• Show strong SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud expertise
• Oversee and deliver high‑quality SAP projects/workstreams
• Maintain client relationships across levels
• Proactively manage risks and communications
