Job Description
What you'll do:
The Digital Solution Advisor (dSA) is a customer-facing role responsible for mapping product capabilities to client requirements, supporting value messaging, and articulating SAP's unique delivery of outcomes, with a specialization in digital sales techniques. DSAs serve as domain experts and spokespersons for specific solutions or product segments, integrating SAP knowledge with modern digital sales methodologies to communicate product value and tailor client solutions effectively.
Area 1: Deal Support
As a Senior Specialist, you will elevate SAP's presence in customer engagements by executing and crafting impactful presentations that highlight SAP’s advantages. Collaborating with VAT teams, you will weave customer pain points into compelling narratives, utilizing digital assets to improve efficiency in no-touch/low-touch transactions. Post-sale, you will support clients’ transition and develop narratives for key events and presentations, ensuring SAP’s solutions meet client needs and differentiate us in the market.
Area 2: Demand Generation
You will lead webinars and coordinate with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to craft and deliver compelling demand generation narratives. Your role involves shaping campaign content and strategic messaging that underscores SAP’s unique selling propositions and addresses market challenges.
Area 3: Digital Content Creation
Leverage your mastery of SAP offerings to curate and innovate digital content tailored for customer-facing scenarios. Align content with market trends and advanced solution insights to ensure materials are compelling and strategically positioned to address complex customer needs.
