Job summary

A leading company in digital reality solutions seeks a Customer Account Executive for the Eastern US region. This remote role is designed for mid-senior level professionals who excel in B2B SaaS sales, customer relationship management, and driving organizational growth. The position entails managing named customer accounts, developing strong relationships, and executing a full sales cycle to meet or exceed sales targets. Customer Account Executive (Remote- Eastern US)

Location: Remote, Eastern US

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
  • Manage a territory of named customer accounts to identify and secure additional revenue through green space analysis, platform expansions, and current product add-ons.
  • Develop deep customer relationships across divisions, departments, and affiliates to generate new business opportunities and meet sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Legal, Finance, Product/Engineering, Customer Success) to create needs-based solutions, navigate the buying process, and drive sales.
  • Own and execute the entire sales process including prospecting, needs analysis, proposal development, pricing, forecasting, and CRM management.
  • Secure and process sales orders, work orders, legal agreements, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate pre-sales activities such as RFx, demonstrations, workshops, POCs, and technical calls.
  • Manage time effectively to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.
Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets; exceptional candidates with less experience may be considered.
  • Strong experience managing a sales pipeline and developing customer relationships.
  • Experience selling enterprise software, preferably in Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Food & Beverage, Aviation, Government, or EHS sectors.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC framework.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
  • Experience selling to manufacturing organizations and understanding of Quality and EHS principles.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools.
