Base pay range

$180,000.00/yr - $210,000.00/yr

Our client is seeking a Director, Digital Transformation for an excellent remote + travel position that can be based in the Atlanta, GA or the Detroit, MI area. Responsibilities include:

• Leading the company-wide enterprise system (ERP) strategy, implementation, and centralization across multiple business units.
• Partner with leadership to ensure alignment with business objectives and create value.
• Manage multiple vendor relationships and contracts for all enterprise applications.
• Function as principal architect with support of direct and indirect technical experts.
• Lead PMO office and resources.
• Implement change management strategies, standardized processes, and digital workflows that improve business efficiency.
• Responsible for reporting and metrics.
• Establish data governance, security, and compliance for IT.
• Some AI strategy and tools in the near future.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in an ERP, PMO, IT, or Digital Transformation role managing enterprise system implementations and operations. SAP or Epicor experience preferred, other systems will be considered.
• Experience with Salesforce, and Power BI or Tableau
• Supply Chain or Manufacturing industry preferred
• Certifications in Salesforce, Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing, or similar a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience leading and influencing in a matrix organization
• Ability to travel 50%+
