Position: SAP Delivery Manager
Location: Remote

Primary Skills: Technical Skills - SKU, Testing, Delivery Management, SAP Functional Knowledge with Service Delivery Experience

1. Identify attrition percentages in accounts and initiate measures to reduce attrition.
2. Perform value addition activities (CIP & SIP) and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
3. Implement Profit Implementation Plan (PIP), review Budget vs. Actual Costs, analyze deviations, and strategize to reduce deviations through automation and self-driven initiatives.
4. Maintain high customer satisfaction (ACSAT) and ensure retention of accounts due for renewal.
5. Ensure all responsibilities and project deliverables are completed within SLAs through effective team management and monthly reviews.
6. Generate account-level EE & EN revenue.
7. Absorb and train freshers as per account targets.
