• Minimum of 15+ years SAP-related work experience, including large business transformation projects.
• S/4HANA implementation experience and support is essential. Experience with Hybris Commerce and SAP Sales/Service Cloud is a plus.
• Experience as an SAP Project Manager for multiple full lifecycle implementation projects, including at least one global template rollout across multiple countries, preferably in the life sciences or medical devices industry.
• Experience working in off-shore/on-shore delivery models.
• Detailed knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Solution Manager.
• Extensive experience working for Tier 1 or similar systems integrators in SAP delivery leadership roles.
• Ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholder groups throughout project lifecycle, including clients, consultants, and third-party vendors.
• Proficiency in scope management, scope change management, issue and risk management, and status reporting at both executive and team levels.
• Experience in delivery activities such as team development, solution reviews, improving CSAT, and thought leadership.
