Job summary

Infosys invites applications for a Package Consultant 3 to advance SAP-based ERP modernization and integration initiatives in the US. The role focuses on optimizing business processes, designing scalable integration solutions, and guiding data migrations across SAP data platforms.

You will collaborate with architects, analysts, and developers to deliver compliant and secure enterprise solutions. Travel and relocation may be required to client sites in the USA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced ERP customizations based on the ERP platform’s capabilities and collaborate with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications and lead large-scale data migrations.
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives and audits.
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops for various user groups.
