Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Package Consultant 3 to lead SAP data integration, architecture, and modernization efforts within our Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in the USA. You will analyze complex processes, design integration solutions, and guide large-scale data migrations leveraging SAP Datasphere and BTP services.

The role requires strong English communication, SAP BW/4HANA/BW on HANA experience, and ability to collaborate with global teams. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience migrating SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere and BDC.
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP BTP platform services.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Support migration and modernization initiatives from SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere and BDC.

Troubleshoot complex data integration and analytics issues.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.
