Job summary

Infosys Limited is seeking a Package Consultant 3 to optimize SAP TM based ERP processes and lead large‑scale data migrations. You will drive solution architecture, enable complex integrations, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑impact SAP projects.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAP TM, SAP S/4HANA integration, and a pattern of successful workshops and requirements analysis. Willingness to travel and relocate for client engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; relocation/travel may be needed.
• This role requires deep SAP TM functional knowledge and experience across multiple full‑cycle implementations.
• Strong ability to analyze complex business processes and draft detailed functional designs.
• Experience with integration between SAP TM and other SAP modules (SD, MM, EWM, FI/CO, GTS).
• Proven ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and drive solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced customizations and develop critical software applications with the development team.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external apps and lead data migration strategies.
• Implement performance optimization and lead compliance initiatives to uphold security standards.
• Develop documentation and lead training workshops for various user groups.
