Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Package Consultant 3 to lead SAP data integration, architecture, and modernization efforts within our Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit in the USA. You will analyze complex processes, design integration solutions, and guide large-scale data migrations leveraging SAP Datasphere and BTP services.

The role requires strong English communication, SAP BW/4HANA/BW on HANA experience, and ability to collaborate with global teams. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required; will consider three years of progressive experience in lieu of every year of education.
• Experience migrating SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere and BDC.
• Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and SAP BTP platform services.
• Fluency in English; ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on ERP platform capabilities.
• Lead data migrations and develop integration workflows to connect ERP with external apps.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focusing on scalability, reliability, and user experience.
• Develop documentation for ERP customizations and lead user training workshops.
