Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Consultant 3 for the US market, focusing on SAP data migration, integration, and advanced ERP customization. You will lead architecture discussions, design complex integration workflows, and drive large-scale data migration efforts within SAP environments.

Role requires strong data modeling, ETL, and governance skills, plus experience with SAP Datasphere, BDC, SAC, BW/4HANA, and HANA. Office-based roles at Infosys US hubs or Dearborn, MI, are listed.

Qualifications

• Experience migrating SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere and data integration issues.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Datasphere, SAP BDC, SAC, BW/4HANA, and HANA native modeling.
• Fluent in English and strong communication with stakeholders.
• Willingness to relocate/travel within the US as needed.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations based on ERP platform capabilities and collaborate with development teams.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect ERP with external applications and lead large-scale data migrations.
• Implement performance optimization strategies for scalability and reliability while guiding security/compliance initiatives.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for users.

In the assigned Job Role of Package Consultant 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below:

• Analyze complex business processes to identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications that align with enterprise architecture standards
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis
• Design and implement advanced customizations basis ERP platform's capabilities and limitations and develop critical software applications in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications, while leading large-scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity
• Implement advanced performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability, and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives throughs audits, to uphold security protocols and industry standards
• Develop detailed documentation for complex ERP customizations and lead training workshops tailored to various user groups, to ensure effective knowledge transfer

Required Skill And Experience

Support migration and modernization initiatives from SAP BW/BW4HANA to SAP Datasphere and BDC. Troubleshoot complex data integration and analytics issues.

Preferred Skill And Experience

SAP product certifications are a plus.

• Fluency in English.
• Work location is Infosys office Hub locations at USA or Dearborn, Michigan.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the business.

Additional Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
