Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to design enterprise-grade migration strategies for S/4HANA programs. You will define methodology, oversee data migration objects, and guide cross-functional teams across FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.

You will mentor consultants, engage with client data owners, and govern tool configurations (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti). Travel 0–100% as needed; executive delivery leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield/system conversion)
• 3+ years leading or architecting migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, SAP BODS, SAP SLT)
• 5+ years experience managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream lead capacity
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate's requires 6 years of work experience

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs (greenfield, brownfield, SDT)
• Define migration methodology, tooling selection, governance across large-scale programs
• Design data migration objects, business rules, transformation logic, cutover sequencing across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM
• Oversee and mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers
• Engage with client data owners, functional leads, and IT stakeholders on data quality and sign-off
• Govern data migration tool configuration (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti) and ensure adherence to standards
• Lead rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live execution with risk identification and issue resolution
