Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect end-to-end migration strategies for S/4HANA transformation programs, including greenfield, brownfield, and selective data transitions. Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or program lead role.
• 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA.
• 3+ years leading migrations using SAP-native tooling (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT).
• 5+ years managing cross-functional delivery teams in a program or workstream.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations.
• Define migration methodology, tooling choices, and governance for large multi-wave programs.
• Design data migration objects, business rules, and transformation logic across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, etc.
• Mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers for quality and consistency.
• Engage with client data owners and IT stakeholders to align on data quality and sign-off processes.
• Govern tool configuration and usage (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT) and ensure adherence to standards.
