Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP data migration leader to architect end-to-end migration strategies for S/4HANA transformations. The role requires hands-on depth to back up architectural vision and strong executive presence to guide client delivery.

You will lead multi-wave data migrations across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM and mentor a team of consultants, ensuring data quality and adherence to standards while engaging stakeholders.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 7 years of SAP experience with at least 5 years in a lead data migration architect or data migration program lead role.
• A minimum of 4 full end-to-end SAP data migration implementations, with at least 2 involving S/4HANA (greenfield or brownfield/system conversion).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading or architecting migrations using SAP data migration tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end SAP data migration strategies for S/4HANA programs.
• Define migration methodology, tooling selection, and governance frameworks for large-scale multi-wave programs.
• Lead design of data migration objects, rules, transformation logic, and cutover sequencing across FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM.
• Oversee and mentor a team of data migration consultants and developers for quality and consistency.
• Engage with data owners, functional leads, and IT stakeholders to align on data quality standards and sign-offs.
• Govern tool configuration and usage (LTMC/LTMOM, BODS, SLT, Syniti) per architecture standards.
• Lead migration rehearsals, mock cutovers, and go-live with risk ID and issue resolution.
• Contribute to proposals, client presentations, and capability-building activities.
