Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited is seeking an experienced SAP Data Migration Lead to drive global data migration strategies for S/4HANA deployments and large-scale migrations. You will design frameworks, oversee ETL workflows, and lead cross-functional teams across rollout waves.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit, MOM, BODS/SDI, and LSMW, with a focus on data quality, governance, and successful program outcomes. Significant travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of SAP data migration / conversion experience with a bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.
• Expertise in SAP Migration Cockpit / MOM, BODS / SDI, LSMW, data profiling and cleansing tools.
• Strong understanding of Business Processes, Solution Manager, and Leading practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Define Data Migration global vision, scope, and target architecture across rollout waves.
• Translate data migration needs into SAFe epics/features for PI planning.
• Lead fit-to-standard/gap workshops for master and transactional data conversion.
• Architect SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (MC) and Migration Object Modeler (MOM).
• Drive data quality, profiling, cleansing, enrichment, and stewardship workflows.
• Establish master data standards and golden record rules for customers, materials, suppliers, finance.
