Job Title: Data Migration Consultant

Support the selling and delivery of large, complex engagements involving SAP S/4 HANA technology, typically multi-tower transformational programs that include business change, infrastructure modifications, and business process outsourcing.

The S/4 Data Migration Manager brings expertise to opportunities and engagements, potentially taking responsibility for the Integration team, solutions, estimates, and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Bring SAP S/4 HANA Data Migration experience and expertise to opportunities and engagements.
• Build and develop the S/4 Data Migration capability within the team.
• Collaborate closely with Engagement Directors and Partners to achieve desired outcomes.
• Identify qualified opportunities and deliver quality engagements on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership to team members and client project managers.
• Support practice growth through activities like thought leadership.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of SAP implementation experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end S/4 HANA implementation as Data Migration Manager.
• Knowledge of S/4 main processes such as RTR, PTP, OTC, and PP.
• Understanding of process integration and data migration requirements management.
• Experience across all project phases: Design, Build, Test, Cutover.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure environments.
• Leadership skills and motivation.
• Attention to detail, flexibility, and analytical thinking.
• Experience supporting business development activities is a plus.
