Job summary

Woodgrain is seeking an SAP Functional Analyst (CX) to design, configure, and deliver Customer Experience modules across SAP implementations. You will work with the Data Integration team on interfaces, support BP life cycle, and drive lean business processes during mergers, acquisitions, and upgrades.

In this hybrid role, you will partner with business users and SMEs to analyze, define, and implement solutions that scale across Woodgrain’s SAP CX functions, with a focus on integration of non-SAP

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills to interpret cross-functional requirements.
• Ability to develop process maps, project plans, cutover and conversion plans, technical specifications.
• Strong documentation and user-guides development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Configure Customer Experience Modules.
• Participate in blueprinting sessions to define scope and gather requirements.
• Document requirements for conversions, upgrades, interfaces, and reports; develop technical solutions.
• Manage functional, unit, regression, and integration testing for go-lives and updates.
• Deliver multiple projects by coordinating with IT and business teams.
• Provide end-user support for CX-related issues and bugs.
• Develop and revise SOPs, user documentation, and training guides.
