Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Senior Analyst, CX Solutions to design, implement, and support SAP CX solutions, with a focus on SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud.

You will lead integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Integration Suite; gather business requirements, translate them into functional designs, and collaborate with global delivery teams to deliver integrated customer engagement capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience, including hands-on implementation and support of SAP Sales Cloud V1 and SAP Service Cloud V1.
• Strong understanding of CRM and customer service processes.
• Experience with SAP Integration Suite, APIs, middleware integrations, and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities
