Job summary

Nordic Naturals is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Master Data Specialist to manage Customer Master Data within our SAP environment and oversee the onboarding workflow. You will ensure data integrity across the enterprise by auditing critical documents and enforcing SOPs, while collaborating with Sales, Finance, IT, and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on Customer Master Data in SAP (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Proven experience writing and training teams on SOPs.
• Detail-oriented with on onboarding compliance including tax docs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across Sales, Finance, IT.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP SME for Customer Master Data maintenance, creation, and updates.
• Handle end-to-end new account onboarding and ensure records meet SLAs.
• Conduct data auditing and deduplication to maintain data hygiene.
• Troubleshoot master data issues impacting orders, billing, or reporting.
