Job summary

EMPWR Nutrition Group is seeking an SAP Master Data Coordinator based at our McMinnville site to manage and optimize global master data, including customer, vendor, and product data. You will use Mendix and SAP daily to ensure data quality and governance, while supporting data architecture initiatives.

You will work with international teams to implement new distribution channels, plants, and retrofits, driving process improvements and data migration efforts across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in SAP consultancy or internal SAP master data role.
• Experience in manufacturing with BOMs and routings.
• Experience in the food industry is a plus.
• Strong Excel skills (XLookup, formulas, pivot tables).
• Analytical, critical, and structured thinking.
• Ability to work in an international team.

Job description

To strengthen our Master Data team, we are looking for an SAP Master Data Coordinator. This role will be based at our site in McMinnville, Oregon (USA).

As a Master Data Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the master data that supports the company globally. This includes customer, vendor, and product data, which are essential for supply chain and business operations. You will work daily in Mendix and SAP, playing a key role in ensuring data quality and process integrity, while also contributing to data governance and architectural matters.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and validation: Daily entry and verification of master data in Mendix and SAP, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date.
• Quality monitoring and issue resolution: Identifying and correcting errors in collaboration with the business; working closely with teams in the US, the Netherlands, and Croatia.
• Project work and optimization: Leading and supporting projects such as setting up master data for new distribution channels, plants, products, and planned retrofits.
• Process optimization and collaboration: Working with international teams to support the Mendix migration in Croatia and the US, and further streamlining the data process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in SAP consultancy or in an internal SAP master data role is a must-have.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment, with BOMs and routings, is essential.
• Experience in Food industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of customer, vendor, and/or product data is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel (XLookup, formulas, pivot tables).
• Analytical, critical, and structured way of thinking and working.
