This onsite role focuses on reviewing customer information for accuracy, adhering to policies and JSOX, and supporting tax-related documentation.

The ideal candidate will bring strong data-entry, validation, and record-management skills with 3–5 years of related experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in credit analysis, customer master data management, accounts receivable, or a related function.
• Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, or corporate environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Credit Master Data Management: Review and investigate new customer applications for accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy; Create new customer records and maintain customer master data within SAP; Process requests for additional customer locations, updates, and modifications to existing accounts; Create and update customer records and locations to ensure information remains accurate and current; Maintain customer pricing and account information within SAP.
