Job summary

Waters in the United States seeks a SAP Master Data professional to ensure data accuracy across manufacturing and supply-chain functions. Qualifications

• Associates degree in supply chain, business, or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years ERP & Shop Floor Systems, Supply Chain/Operations.
• Strong data entry and data management with high attention to detail.
• Knowledge of ERP functionality and inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Direct SAP ECC or S/4HANA experience.
• Experience with APRISO/Flexnet or SAP MES integrations.
• 3+ years SAP Master Data experience.
• 3+ years direct experience, Operations BOM/Routes & Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Works integrally with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Purchasing/Planning, Marketing and other functional groups, ensuring SAP data accuracy.
• Includes creation and retirement of materials, work cell routings, manufacturing calendars, BOMs & Routes, and collaboration with Warehouse, Planning, Manufacturing & Quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to improve material flow and accuracy.
• Participate in change control, product changes and launch activities, interfacing with cross functional groups to ensure SAP standards.
• Become SAP Super User for training, process improvements and troubleshooting.
• Manage cycle counting program, root cause investigations, and actions.
• Oversee physical inventories as needed and act as conduit between Mebane DS Plant and the DS Business Process Team.
• Respond to product and master data questions to regions and distribution centers.
