ASRC Energy Services, LLC is seeking a Contract Administrator to set up and enter completed agreements into SAP and Coupa. You will convert contracts into system formats and ensure data integrity for timely contract requirements.

Responsibilities include importing data, updating records, translating details into requisitions, and monitoring spend against agreements. Collaboration with Contract Specialists ensures accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Experience translating contract details into SAP and Coupa formats.

Responsibilities

• Import data sets into SAP and maintain supplier price books.
• Update contracting system and folders with required documentation.
• Translate contract details into requisition forms for materials and services.
• Monitor spend against approved agreements and report on spend.
• Close contracts in SAP / Coupa per policy.
• Support safety culture and safe work practices in all projects.
