Job summary

Qualifications

1-2 years of contract administration experience.
Experience with Ariba and ERP systems.
Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
Good listening, communication, and analytical skills.
HS diploma minimum; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Establish, maintain and revise contract files in accordance with procedures under supervision.
Prepare Contract Summary for coordination with order entry team.
Type and distribute contract documents and maintain logs of correspondence.
Receive calls and mail; route to appropriate personnel.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and expense reports for Contract Administrators.
Create and maintain contracts in Ariba; migrate files to Ariba.
Update existing contracts in Ariba to current policy.
