Director of Client Services/Executive Business Development Manager

Flybridge Staffing is currently searching for a Remote SAP BOE Developer/Consultant for a client in the commercial and government Technical Service space. This is a contract position with potential to convert permanent, and requires someone well-versed with SAP BOE development and administration. ****NO SPONSORSHIP or 3rd party AVAILABLE**** US Citizen, GC only.

Designs, develops, migrates, and optimizes SAP BOE content (Web Intelligence reports, universes, Crystal Reports) to the latest platform standards. Collaborates closely with business users and technical teams to deliver actionable BI solutions.

Tools

• SAP BOE: Web Intelligence (Webi), Crystal Reports (2008–2025), Universe Designer (IDT/UDT), SAP Lumira, Design Studio, Analysis Office
• Supporting/Third-Party: MetaMiner, 360Suite, 360View, MS Excel, SAP Analytics Cloud, Informatica, GMARS, CAPA Item

Skills and Experience

• Advanced skills in Crystal Reports (2008–2025), Webi, and universe design (UNV/UNX)
• Experience with report migration, optimization, and advanced visualization (UI5, Google Maps, KPI widgets)
• Strong SQL and data modeling abilities; familiarity with ETL and data warehousing
• Proficient in MetaMiner or 360Suite for regression testing, metadata discovery, and migration validation
• Experience with report scheduling, distribution, and automation
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
