Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking an experienced SAP Concur specialist to lead architecture and delivery on a federal GO.gov program. The role involves designing, configuring, testing, and deploying robust SaaS T&E solutions for 124 government agencies, with 4 days onsite near Herndon and possible remote options.

You will partner with business stakeholders, development teams, and vendors to ensure successful deployment, system integration, and a modern T&E service for the next 15 years.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required due to government security clearance (clearable to MBI).
• Proven hands-on experience with SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and design.
• Deep domain knowledge of the Travel & Expense (T&E) industry and integrations with financial/HR systems.
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and test scripts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design: lead functional and technical design sessions to architect Concur solutions and translate change requests into clear specs.
• System Configuration & Build: hands-on configuration of SAP Concur Expense and Request modules.
• Ecosystem Integration: coordinate integrations connecting SAP Concur to finance, HR, card providers, and travel tools via APIs.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: develop end-to-end test scripts and lead SIT/UAT, resolve defects, ensure smooth releases.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: act as the bridge between client leads, developers, and vendors to ensure program success.
