Job summary

Executive Talent Management Consulting seeks a Concur Design/Build/Test Consultant to lead architecture for the GSA GO.gov program. This role combines design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP Concur solutions to support federal travel and expenses.

Location: Herndon, VA, with 4 days onsite for local candidates or remote options. You will collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to deliver a modern T&E service across 124 agencies over the next 15 years.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required to satisfy government clearance requirements.
Hands-on experience with SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and design.
Deep domain knowledge of Travel & Expense (T&E) processes and integrations with finance/HR systems.
Ability to write clear technical documentation, functional specifications, and test scripts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

Responsibilities

Lead functional and technical design sessions to architect Concur solutions.
Configure SAP Concur Expense and Request modules per client requirements.
Coordinate integrations between SAP Concur and finance/HR systems via APIs.
Develop end-to-end test scripts and lead SIT/UAT and defect resolution.
Bridge client needs with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure success.
