Job summary

Forest Recruiting Group aka Affiliated Recruiters Network is seeking an experienced SAP Concur specialist to lead architecture and delivery for a flagship federal project. You will design, configure, test, and deploy robust Concur solutions as the technical SME, partnering with stakeholders, developers, and vendors to ensure program success.

The role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to clear to MBI; remote options are available with onsite work at Herndon, VA as needed.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required; must be clearable to MBI.
Proven hands-on SAP Concur implementation, configuration, and design.
Deep domain knowledge of Travel & Expense (T&E) processes and integrations.
Proven ability to write clear technical documentation, functional specs, and test scripts.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead functional and technical design sessions to architect Concur solutions.
Configure SAP Concur Expense and Request modules to client specs.
Coordinate integrations linking SAP Concur to finance, HR, and card providers via APIs.
Develop end-to-end test scripts; lead SIT and UAT and resolve defects.
Serve as a liaison between client leads, developers, and vendors to ensure project success.
